Butter Prawn (wet) – RM 57 - Taste good and nice, fragrant in good, prawn fresh in deep. But quite expensive… however it is a good choice, I won’t regret. Imagine fried the prawn in hot temperature oil in few seconds, then cook with butter milk and put in some chili leaf it can make it fragrant.

Steam Live Fish (Name Forgot) – RM 35 – Fresh in deep, fragrant as well, taste not bad. Fish was not my flavor. XD First, need skillful to clean all dirty scales of fish and abdominal organs. Ready all seasoning and put in to steamer to steam.

Hot-Sizzling Tofu – RM 25 – Taste nice and fragrant wonderful. But if put one or two egg on the Hot-Sizzling plate before put in the dishes will be more perfect.

Vegetable Dished (西兰花) – RM 25 – Clean and fresh, taste weak, good for health. Cook with high temperature in few seconds, to make sure the vege still in fresh.

Noodle (鸳鸯) – RM 15 – Taste nice, but too dry. Deep fried the mee hoon, and frying the kuew Teow. Prepare the seasoning and cook the soup of noodle, add in to the noddle.

祝爸爸59岁生日快乐!

2010年3月2日,爸爸的第59个生日。祝他身体健康,长命百岁!这个晚餐里有了不少爸爸喜欢的食物,而且还个个美味。爸爸最喜欢的就是鱼,我们给他买了粒精美的黑森林蛋糕,还点了条2KG重且大的白须公,香浓的奶油虾球,德国烧猪手,以及其它他喜欢的蔬菜。很饱哦!吃到我都站不起来,顶着肚子一步一步的离去。而且好吃到连茶也忘了喝,哈哈!好久没和家人那么开心过了,超难忘的说。

地点位于安邦,还有另外一间在Kuchai Lama,可是我没去过。现看看这次的吧!

2KG重的肥大白须公,以最好吃的烹饪方法,清蒸!肉很多,骨头粗,毕竟大条嘛。肉质滑而有弹性,从未吃过这么好吃的白须公。这是我吃过最好吃的鱼了。

奶油虾球,香浓的味道与香味,也是我的最爱。香浓的味道里带有些辣味,刺激食欲,让我胃口大开。好吃到难以停口,口里要一粒,筷子夹一粒,眼里看着碟中另一粒,绝对不能给它们逃出我的五指山。不准抢我的!

麻油贵妃鸡+姜丝,加了姜丝后,香气更加香浓,浓中带有少许姜香。鸡肉超滑,连鸡胸肉也滑的像鸡腿肉,超赞!在场每个人吃了都赞不绝口!

德国烧猪手,不油腻且脆皮,沾上酱油超赞的说。听说猪脚里有些骨胶的胶汁,吃了对关节有补助。平时动动身体就,卡卡声,是不是我也需要补一补呢?

圣瓜豆腐,豆腐很好吃,很赞,不知道里面加了什么,吃起来外皮脆脆的,里面却香香的。至于圣瓜就带苦,大概是外皮削不够。

蒜米清炒西兰花,每次吃中饭都不会少了的==,蛮清新也新鲜。懒~不做多讲解,哈哈!

上汤奶白,不是很好的说,除了上汤好喝之外,奶白==个人稍微不感兴趣!哈哈!
